Shipping is FREE over $49 (CAD) and $4.99 (CAD) flat-rate shipping is applied for orders under $49.
How long does order processing take?
Orders usually takes about 3-4 days to process before shipping excluding weekends & holidays.

Up to 3 weeks for shipping in Canada & US and 4-5 weeks for international orders. Shipping times can vary. Sometimes they are quicker and sometimes slower.
I ordered various items, will it all come in one package?
Your entire order will usually ship in one package. However, your order might include items that originate from different locations. When that’s the case, multiple packages may ship to fulfill a single order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All products are shipped with a tracking number. You can check when your order should arrive. Please note that the shipping times vary depends on to which location the product is being shipped to.

How do I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes/cancelations to orders once they have been placed. As we put a lot of effort that you receive your product as soon as possible, we are unable to cancel or to make any changes to your order after you ordered it via our shop wishfulwall.com. In case you put a wrong or an invalid address, the order will be sent to that address. That's why please make sure you insert your correct information to avoid any additional shipping charges.
